The Rx7 Supercharger EFI Kit has the capabilities of bolting right onto your 86-91 Non-Turbo Mazda Rx7 13B Engine.
This Supercharger EFI Kit will
give you approximately 176 horsepower using your stock fuel injectors. If you are
looking to get more horsepower in your rotary, you will need to increase the flow capacity of your fuel injectors.
Using your stock Mazda Rx7 13B ECU, we estimate you will get 35% more horsepower at the wheels by increasing your injector flow.
How does this work?
What we have done to get this system to work with your stock ECU, is to increase the fuel pressure throughout the system in order to force more fuel through the injectors. Your ECU will only allow a duty cycle of 60%, so we have tricked it, by increasing the fuel flow. We have been running this car for approximately two years and it has been running very well for us. We still have some work to do, but we feel comfortable about releasing this supercharger kit to you now. We will have a page setup telling you what bugs that we have found so far.
